Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms cover the use of Quin, provided by DH Solutions, by venues (restaurants, cafés, hotels and groups) and by guests who order through Quin. A venue’s signed agreement with us takes priority over these terms.

2. For guests

Your order is with the venue, which prepares and serves it and sets its prices, service charge and taxes. Payment is taken before the order goes to the kitchen. If the venue can’t make your order, it is rejected and you are refunded. For problems with an order, speak to the venue first.

3. For venues

You are responsible for your menu, prices, allergen and dietary information, taxes, and the accounts you create for your team. Keep passwords private and sign out lost devices from the panel.

Fees are agreed with you in writing. Payouts follow the schedule in your agreement, after refunds and fees.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Quin: no unlawful goods, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no access to accounts that aren’t yours.

5. Availability

We work to keep Quin running at all times, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features to improve the service.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to a venue is limited to the fees it paid us in the previous three months.
