Privacy notice

1. Who we are

Quin is a QR ordering and payments service run by DH Solutions (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through Quin and this website, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Guests: the name and phone number entered at checkout, the order, the table or room, and the payment status. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page; we never see or store full card numbers.

Venues and their staff: names, email addresses, usernames, roles and sign-in activity needed to run the panel and the kitchen app.

Demo requests: the details you send through the contact form (name, venue, phone, email, city, country and your message).

3. How we use it

To take and deliver orders, process payments and refunds, show venues their orders and reports, keep accounts secure, answer support and demo requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

With the venue you order from, with our payment provider to process payments, and with hosting providers that run Quin for us. Each only receives what it needs.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and keep the records the law requires, then we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us through the contact page. Venues can manage their staff accounts from the panel.

7. Cookies and storage

Quin stores small settings on your device, such as your language, your cart and your sign-in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
